Within India: We are delighted to ship our products anywhere within India, utilizing reputable courier companies that offer delivery tracking and confirmation. Shipping charges vary based on the total weight of your purchased items, the destination, and the chosen service. You will be informed of these costs when placing the order online or by our customer service representative if ordering by phone or email. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will promptly notify you, offering the options of waiting, obtaining a refund, or substituting with another product of similar value.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, as we continue to grow, we plan to introduce international shipping options in the future.
Delivery Risk and Insurance: Fit Feeder does not assume responsibility for products once they are picked up from our location. This includes potential issues such as loss, leakage, breakage, or any other form of damage during transit. To mitigate such risks, we recommend purchasing insurance.
Shipping Charges for Domestic Orders: As a startup, we are currently offering flat-rate shipping charges of Rs. 199 for all domestic orders.
Delivery Time: Most courier companies typically take 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-14 days for international shipments. Different services are available, including standard and urgent options. For Delhi / NCR, deliveries can be as quick as the same day or the next.
